Job Description

As the Creator Intern you will help in the day to day management of your creator relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the creator economy, skilled at building relationships, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing communication with creators, assisting with recruitment efforts, and handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Activity recruit new creators to join SuperOrdinary's CAP program
  • Manage creator application, onboarding and communication throughout creator relationship
  • Manage Creator inquiring in discord channel
  • Assist with creation and deliver of weekly newsletter for the creator network
  • Assist with CAP expense management for financial records
Qualifications: 
  • TikTok Enthusiast: Experience using or working with TikTok Shop and eager to learn more about shoppable e-commerce and the platform.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can confidently and clearly engage with creators and internal teams.
  • Self-Starter & Fast Learner: You take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.


Compensation

  • $17.50-$20/ Hr 20- 40 hours per week
  • 401K 
  • PTO, Holidays and Paid Sick Leave
