Brand Coordinator, TikTok Shop
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for TikTok and a desire to grow your career in the exciting world of social commerce? Join our dynamic brand team in Beverly Hills (hybrid schedule: 3 days in our Beverly Hills, CA office, 2 days remote) as a Brand Coordinator for our TikTok Shop business. In this crucial role, you'll work closely with our Brand Managers to increase our clients’ TikTok Shop presence, analyze performance data to drive improvements, and build strong relationships with our brand partners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting Data-Driven Decisions: Assisting in the collection, organization, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and conversions. Developing and maintaining insightful performance reports for internal and external review and contributing to the identification of optimization opportunities.
Ensuring Operational Excellence: Supporting the seamless management of product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns within TikTok Shop. Assisting with inventory monitoring and proactively flagging any potential fulfillment challenges.
Facilitating Effective Communication: Acting as a vital link between Brand Managers, internal teams, and external brand partners, ensuring timely information flow and follow-up. Supporting collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and creators.
Providing Essential Support: Contributing to the creation of brand updates, performance summaries, and communication materials. Maintaining organized brand documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and meeting records. Providing logistical and scheduling support for team and brand partner meetings.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of professional experience in e-commerce or brand coordination (experience with TikTok Shop is a significant plus, but not mandatory).
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for working with data, spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and generating reports.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
A proactive approach with the ability to follow established processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools is considered an asset.
