We are seeking an energetic and charismatic TikTok Live Selling Host to lead our live shopping events. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for engaging viewers, presenting products confidently, and creating an enjoyable shopping environment that encourages audience interaction and sales. This is a temporary, non-exempt position.This is a part-time temporary position based out of our office in Beverly Hills, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and conduct engaging TikTok live selling sessions, showcasing a range of products with enthusiasm and authenticity.
- Prepare content in advance, including product details, scripts, and key selling points.
- Interact actively with viewers in real-time by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and encouraging participation.
- Demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips to persuade viewers to purchase.
- Build rapport with the audience to foster a lively, welcoming community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote upcoming live sessions and special campaigns.
- Manage live chat, handle viewer inquiries professionally, and maintain a positive environment.
- Track session performance metrics and gather feedback to improve future broadcasts.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok’s community guidelines and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in live streaming, social media hosting, or e-commerce sales, particularly on TikTok.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to entertain and persuade.
- Familiarity with TikTok platform features, live selling tools, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle technical or customer service issues smoothly.
- Organized with good time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or specialty products.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics to optimize live sessions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Creative mindset and trend awareness to keep content fresh and engaging.
