Job Description

As an Affiliate Coordinator at SuperOrdinary, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns by working closely with creators, managing communication, and ensuring campaign content aligns with brand goals. This role acts as a bridge between affiliate assistants, affiliate managers, and creators to ensure smooth and efficient campaign delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in managing affiliate campaigns, ensuring smooth workflows for creator outreach, sample seeding, content review, and performance tracking.  

  • Creator Scouting & Outreach: Identify and scout creator accounts that align with brand needs and campaign objectives. Send campaign invitations to maximize reach and engagement. 

  • Creator Engagement & Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve creator inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication throughout the campaign process. 

  • Sample Management: Assess and approve affiliate sample requests based on brand requirements and campaign goals. 

  • Content Review & Ad Content Sourcing: Evaluate affiliate content for brand compliance, provide actionable feedback, and help organize high-performing affiliate content for ad use, collaborating with the ads team to ensure strong ROAS. 

  • Client Reporting Support: Assist in preparing brand performance reports with timely and accurate data. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or 1+ years of experience in a social media agency, creator agency, brand, or digital marketing. 

  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of the TikTok creator and influencer ecosystem, with awareness of emerging social media trends. 

  • Influencer Marketing Experience: Proven ability to reach out to, communicate with, and collaborate with social media influencers. 

  • Organization & Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain smooth collaboration with the team and creators. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiar with project management tools for task tracking and collaboration.

  • $18 - $25 per hour 
  • 75 day contract with potential for full time
